Nice to meet you.
I am Yoana. I'm 19 years old and I'm from Varna,Bulgaria.I'm a current student at Culinary arts institute in Varna University of Management. I created this blog to share with you what I'm learning every day from my first intrnship.I will spend 6 months in a Michelin star restaurant - Skina in Marbella (Spain). I hope to share my first impressions with other food enthusiasts,like me!
Throughout my life, I have engaged with both visual and craft arts. Thanks to my teachers, I now know how to unfold my imagination. This knowledge helped me during my first semester in the kitchen. I have never been in professional kitchen till that moment. It was new for me and I have been very excited. After 4 months early mornings, late nights and hard work we were prepared for new adventure in the real world. And a month after that we have started our journey.
Learning culinary arts gives one the possibility to get closer to many nations’ traditions and history as well as to observe the innovations in the modern kitchen. The education and work in the sphere of culinary arts teach us persistence and strength of character.
